CARDIO(VASCULAR) EXERCISE
.Cardio comes from the Greek word “kardia” which means heart. Cardiovascular health means the health of the heart and blood vessels. It is also the health of organs that are critically dependent on a strong blood supply. Drugs shouldn’t be used when your trying to keep your heart healthy because they won’t actually help. There are some risks to that, and if you take drugs for your heart, you should consider switching your lifestyle. The only way to keep your heart healthy, is to take the time to work out. If you're out of shape, or haven’t done enough cardiovascular exercise, start doing 10 to 20 minutes five days a week.
Some cardio workouts would be walking, running, bike riding, and swimming, rowing and aerobic workouts. But if you choose to do some indoors or at the gym, here’s some good ones to jump-start that heart of yours. Butt kicks, kicking your butt, while jogging in place while kicking your heels back. Jumping jacks also help for starters. Just remember to keep your knees bent as you jump again to bring your feet back together and arms down. Probably do about 20-30. Squatting is great too. High knees and even push ups or sit-ups work even better.
Tips to living a healthier life are don’t worry so much about weight. Do some exercise once in a while. Do it on the weekends or when you feel bored, instead of spending too much time inside. I can do simple things such as walking briskly for just a few minutes outside of home. And housecleaning counts as exercise, too. I can help out with cleaning things and take more action at home with chores. The more things you take on, the more my heart will be healthy because I’m getting a work out. I don’t have to go for an actual run. Doing what seems like simple things around the house, is actually more than good for your heart. I might have to take on the challenge and do some more exercise at home.
